Working with Harmonized Womanhood

  • Harmonized Womanhood is for the woman who’s ready to prioritize her health and connect with her body on a deeper level. It’s for the woman craving an intentional approach to healing—one that honors her rhythms, story, and inner wisdom while blending the right tools of modern and traditional medicine.

    It’s for the woman navigating PMS or PMDD, feeling “off” and not quite like herself, preparing her body for
    conception, moving through anxiety or emotional shifts, or seeking clarity amidst hormonal change.

    This space is for women ready to do the work. It’s not always the easiest, but it’s rewarding and lasting.

    1. 1:1 coaching- the most in-depth offer. This is a 4 month program with testing options,
      accountability sessions, unlimited messaging and more.

    2. One-time testing- One functional lab test, lab review, protocol based on results and
      1 month of messaging to answer questions that come up.

    3. Custom Sessions- one time sessions that are tailored to a specific need, question or challenge.

  • The founder, Kayla, is a nationally licensed and board-certified Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner with advanced training in Functional Medicine. She previously owned and operated a holistic health and functional medicine clinic, where she guided hundreds of clients through their healing journeys before transitioning to a virtual practice to deepen her impact and reach. With over a decade of experience in the health and wellness space—and additional certifications in functional fitness and nutrition—Kayla brings a deeply integrative and heart-centered approach to care that women can trust.

  • All services and messaging are virtual. They are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant platform
    that protects your privacy & makes communication easy.

  • For coaching, we’ll begin with an information call to get to know each other and determine which service or approach best supports your goals and current needs. From there, you’ll complete an in-depth intake questionnaire to help us understand your health history and priorities before we meet for your introductory session—where we’ll begin creating your initial plan.

    You’ll receive personalized guidance right away, even as we await any recommended lab results or assessments.
    Messaging support begins immediately as well, providing space for ongoing connection, accountability, and adjustments
    between sessions.


    Each follow-up session looks a little different. Sometimes focus is on reviewing progress or refining your plan, other times it will be on incorporating breathwork, guided somatic practices, or other supportive modalities. No two sessions are the same; this work is deeply individualized and evolves as you do.

Testing Options

  • We determine your testing needs from our assessment on your initial discovery call. 
    This may include testing through blood, urine, saliva and/or stool. 

    Our most common testing options:

    Comprehensive Stool Analysis (GI MAP) for gut health

    DUTCH Test for a complete picture of your hormones

    Advanced thyroid panels that look at TSH, Free T3, Free T4, and antibodies to catch thyroid imbalances that standard tests miss

    Comprehensive metabolic markers like Insulin, Blood Sugar and Advanced Lipids

  • Yes. The pricing includes both the cost of tests and our consultation fees. The cost directly reflects the time we spend meeting with you, creating your protocol, and updating your protocol.

    We also offer options for discounted testing if you would like additional testing at a later date.

  • We want to testing process to be as straightforward as possible so we order testing for you. The at-home testing
    kits will get delivered to you with instructions for easy mail back. If testing requires a blood sample, we will place the
    order and you schedule at your earliest convenience.

    We strive to have options that are accessible and we are transparent about pricing so you can find an option

  • We do not accept insurance. We directly accept HSA and FSA payment.

  • Yes. We offer monthly payment plans for 1:1 coaching services.
