The heart & why behind
Harmonized Womanhood
Harmonized Womanhood was born from my own journey of reconnecting with my body, my health, and the way I wanted to move through life.
Like many women, I found myself caught in the constant rush of modern life — busy, achieving, productive, and yet deeply disconnected from my body and unsure of how to care for myself in a meaningful and sustainable way. It wasn’t until I discovered Traditional Chinese Medicine that I began to understand how to truly listen to my body, honor its signals, and recognize the deep connection between our cycles, our lifestyle, our nervous systems, and our overall wellbeing.
Through my own healing journey, I realized that lasting wellness isn’t found in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. True healing comes through awareness, nourishment, intentional living, and learning to work with the body rather than against it. As I began working in clinical practice, I saw so many women carrying the same story I once had — exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected, and not living into their true desires that they had for their life.
Harmonized Womanhood became my way of creating the kind of space I longed for myself: one that moves beyond symptom management and surface-level solutions to explore the deeper roots of imbalance while supporting the whole woman.
At its core, Harmonized Womanhood is a commitment to helping women move through life with greater clarity, vitality, confidence, and alignment, so they can feel fully present in their bodies, their choices, and their lives. It’s about honoring the whole woman — her cycles, her transitions, her strengths, her emotions, and her capacity to thrive.
I believe healing is not only about reducing symptoms, but about creating a life that feels nourishing, connected, and fully lived.
As Harmonized Womanhood continues to evolve, so does the vision behind it. Alongside women’s health education and coaching, I’m passionate about sharing the practices, places, and experiences that support slower, more intentional living — from nourishment and daily rituals to nature, travel, and restorative experiences that help us reconnect with ourselves.
Because healing isn’t just about feeling better. It’s about having the vitality and presence to fully participate in your life again. No matter where you are on your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you with a compassionate, honest, and practical approach — offering softness where your body needs support, and gentle encouragement where growth asks for more of you.
This work is for the woman who:
Is desiring to find her spark for life again — experience her joy, boldness and purpose without being tied down by her fatigue, cyclical symptoms and hormone disharmony
Has disconnected and numbed herself from her body’s signals and is ready to rebuild trust, safety, and connection within herself.
Knows she is meant for more than simply getting through the day and longs to feel present, energized, inspired, and fully alive in her life and her relationships
Desires a more intentional, grounded, and aligned way of living rather than constant burnout and survival mode
Has spent years achieving, pushing, and caring for everyone else — only to find herself exhausted, depleted, or disconnected from herself
Feels overwhelmed with how to best support their health — tired of being told “everything is normal” when they know its not and craving an integrative, whole-woman approach
Is ready to reconnect with her vitality, intuition, pleasure, and the parts of herself she has had to quiet for too long
My Approach Combines
Eastern Medicine + Functional Medicine: a perfect blend of traditional wisdom and modern assessment combining root-cause insight with the body’s intelligence
Nervous System Healing: teachings on how to build resilience and regulate your inner world so you can live your fullest life, even when the challenges arise
Mind- Body Connection: bringing awareness to the
inseparable link between emotional and physical health
by exploring how thoughts, stress and stored emotions
shape our health
Traditional Chinese Medicine: restoring harmony within the body in alignment with nature’s rhythms and cycles through ancient medicine practices still relevant today
Embodiment Practices: guided practices that help
reconnect to yourself, feel confident in your skin and
in sync with your body’s cues
Education: understanding the “why” behind each protocol so you can feel empowered, take ownership of your healing and carry these tools with you for years to come.
The Result?
Returning to yourself. Building self-trust. Recognizing intuition. Achieving your desires.
My Background
I am a nationally licensed and board-certified Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner with additional, extensive training in Functional
Medicine. I founded and operated a holistic medicine clinic, where I had the privilege of supporting hundreds of clients on their individual healing journeys. Over time, I expanded into a virtual women’s health practice, allowing me to support women more deeply and more broadly, while continuing to grow a practice rooted in both clinical depth and individualized care.
In addition to my clinical experience, I have spent over a decade in the health and wellness space, earning certifications in functional fitness and nutrition. I have done the work personally, learning firsthand what is means to navigate hormonal disharmony, burnout, and the process of rebuilding connection with the body. Blending professional expertise with lived experience allows me to support women not only in managing symptoms, but in creating sustainable rhythms, reconnecting with their bodies, and stepping into a greater sense of vitality, clarity, and embodiment in their everyday lives.
Today, I work with women 1:1 through a virtual coaching practice, while also creating educational content across my writing, blog, and lifestyle platforms. Through this work, I share both clinical insight into hormone and cycle health, as well as the lived practices that support a more nourished and embodied life — from reflections of womanhood, food and daily rituals, to slower, more intentional ways of living.
Beyond Work
I believe that healing is not only what we do through protocols — it is also shaped by the small, everyday moments that help us feel grounded, connected, and alive.
A few things I love:
Early, slow, intentional mornings — coffee, sunlight, and a quiet moment before the day begins
Travel that restores rather than depletes — the balance of luxury with grit, adventure with rest, exploration with slowness, and a long hike with a beautiful hotel
Lifting heavy barbells at the gym and feeling strong and capable in my body
A good book stack that includes both escapist fantasy and personal growth books
Planning my next trip the moment I return home… And while I think I have retired from adrenaline-heavy adventures (like skydiving & bridge jumping), I’ve fully embraced a more intentional kind of exploration rooted in presence, curiosity and nature.
Cozy coffee shops, house-made syrups, and a good farmer’s market
Cooking and baking when it can be shared with others
(fun fact: my entrepreneurial journey actually began as a cupcake baker)Being barefoot outdoors — especially in the Florida sun, water and coastal energy
Anything that brings me closer to my wild woman archetype (in other words, my soul calling)
