The heart & why behind
Harmonized Womanhood

Harmonized Womanhood was born from my own journey of rediscovering connection with my body, my health and my life. Like many women, I found myself caught in the constant rush of life—busy, achieving, and yet disconnected from my body and unsure of how to care for myself in a meaningful way. It wasn’t until I discovered Traditional Chinese Medicine that I began to understand how to truly listen to my body, honor its signals, and create space for harmony and vitality.

Through my own healing, I realized that lasting wellness isn’t about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, it’s about connection, awareness, and intentional action. As I worked in my practice, I saw so many women with the same story I had of feeling disconnected, exhausted, and overwhelmed by the endless information about how to care for themselves. Harmonized Womanhood is my way of supporting women: a space where we move beyond symptoms and surface-level solutions to explore the root causes of disharmony.

At its core, Harmonized Womanhood is a commitment to help women move through life with clarity, confidence, and alignment, so they can feel fully present in their bodies, their choices, and their lives. It’s about honoring the whole woman by recognizing her cycles, her transitions, her strengths, and her limitless capacity to thrive.

I work to illustrate our capability to create health in our lives through nutrition, stress management, movement, daily practices and awareness of our bodies. My goal is to help you dismantle anything that is getting in the way of you feeling your best. I take a
compassionate, honest, straightforward and practical approach. This means softness when your body needs it, and a loving push when growth requires it.

No matter where you are on your journey, I am here to walk alongside you, supporting your goals and helping you step into a life of harmony.

I work with women who

Have disconnected from their body’s signals — numbed them, ignored them,
and now ready to rebuild connection, trust and safety within themselves

Know they have more to offer but are feeling stuck — they want to show up better in their relationships, family and career and desiring to find their spark for life again

Are in seasons of transition — navigating endings, beginnings and everything
in between and seeking a more intentional way to move forward

Have mastered achievement, but at a cost — they find themselves tired, unfulfilled or unsure how to care for themselves without burning out

Feel overwhelm with how to best support their health — tired of being told “everything is normal” when they know its not and craving an integrative, whole-woman approach

Have silenced their longing and pleasure — quieting their wants to stay in control and are ready to reconnect with their vitality, intuition and joy

My Approach Integrates

Eastern Medicine + Functional Medicine: a perfect blend of traditional wisdom and modern assessment combining root-cause insight with the body’s intelligence

Nervous System Healing: teachings on how to build resilience and regulate your inner world so you can live your fullest life, even when the challenges arise

Mind- Body Connection: bringing awareness to the
inseparable link between emotional and physical health
by exploring how thoughts, stress and stored emotions
shape our health

Traditional Chinese Medicine: restoring harmony within the body in alignment with nature’s rhythms and cycles through ancient medicine practices still relevant today

Embodiment Practices: guided practices that help
reconnect to yourself, feel confident in your skin and
in sync with your body’s cues

Education: understanding the “why” behind each protocol so you can feel empowered, take ownership of your healing and carry these tools with you for years to come.

My Background

I am a nationally licensed and board-certified Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner with additional, extensive training in Functional
Medicine. I founded and operated a holistic medicine clinic, where I had the privilege of supporting hundreds of clients on their individual healing journeys. I then decided to expand my virtual women’s healthcare practice, which allows me to broaden my reach and support clients on a deeper level.

In addition to my clinical experience, I have spent over a decade in the health and wellness space, earning certifications in functional fitness and nutrition. I have done the work myself and remain committed to continual learning, bringing personal insight, integrity and professional expertise to my practice. These tools allow me to support clients not just in managing symptoms, but in creating sustainable habits, reconnecting with their bodies, and stepping into a greater sense of empowerment and well-being.

Beyond Work

I’m a firm believer that an important part of healing can come through everyday moments and doing the things that bring us joy each day. Here are some of mine:

  • Early, slow mornings with a coffee and a book

  • The balance of luxury and grit- give me a bougie hotel after a day long hike

  • Lifting heavy barbells at the gym and feeling strong in my body

  • A playlist I’ve played way too many times

  • Balance of fantasy romance and self development reading

  • Planning my next trip the moment I get home from one

  • Cozy coffee shops with my laptop and an iced latte with house-made syrup

  • Baking something sweet to share (fun fact: my entrepreneurship began
years ago as a cupcake baker)

  • Hosting dinners with friends & family

  • A good Florida sunshine sweat- Florida born and raised

  • I used to always say adventure- but I’ve officially retired from skydiving and bridge jumping

Let’s find

your harmony
